The Rashi School, a K-8 Reform Jewish Independent School, offers a Jewish and secular education in an environment infused with Jewish values and learning. Rashi’s integrated curricula aims to help students discover connections between Jewish and secular topics, between themselves and the community, and between their community and the world at large. Rashi's Jewish approach to learning aims to help children engage with the world and grow into the people they can become.
Rashi was founded in 1986. In 2006 it had an enrollment of approximately 300 students in grades K-8.
The school prides itself on its affiliation with the Reform Movement and its strong commitment to Social Justice.
